Cancel subscription

You can cancel your Print Club subscription at any time with one month's notice to the end of the current subscription period. After cancellation, no further charges will be made.

How to cancel:
1. Via your customer portal: You can cancel your subscription there directly (and also pause it or change your payment method).
2. By email: Send us a short email to kati.scheffler-lucic@gmx.de with your name and the email address used for your order. We will confirm the cancellation within 5 working days.

What happens next: Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Services already provided remain in place; no further charges will be made.

Note: Cancellation ends your subscription for the future. If you instead wish to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, please use the "Withdraw from contract" button.
