Cancellation policy

Subscriptions (Print Club) — The Print Club is a monthly subscription (€8 per month, shipping included). Each month you receive a physical postcard as well as a high-resolution image file for download. Your payment details are stored securely; the monthly delivery is charged at the beginning of each subscription period.

Your subscription is ongoing (no fixed term) and can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice to the end of the current subscription period. Cancellation can be made via the "Cancel subscription" page on our website, via your customer portal, or by email to kati.scheffler-lucic@gmx.de. Further details are set out in our Terms of Service.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) remains unaffected — details can be found in our refund policy.
